Agnita Tennant

She subsequently worked as a librarian for Leicestershire Libraries and taught Modern Korean Literature at Sheffield University. She translated two Korean novels into English, including Korea’s pre-eminent twentieth-century author Pak Kyung Ni’s highly acclaimed Land [T’oji ] published in 2010 (Global Oriental), as well as a number of Korean short stories. Magnolia is her first novel.
