At the Renaissance Books Centre, the shelves are overflowing with the latest fiction and non-fiction, a vast array of big books and the latest teacher resources. We supply titles from most educational publishers and have over 30,000 books in stock, making it possible to fulfil your entire book needs under one roof.

Angela Lort, the founder of Renaissance Books has more than 30 years experience in the educational publishing field, working for some of the largest children’s educational publishers. In 1988, she established her own independent school sales team, which proved extremely successful. In 2001, the Book Centre was opened as an extension of the service provided by her nationwide school's team.

Created with the customer in mind, the Book Centre is well stocked, bright, comfortable and easy to use. Angela and her dedicated team are on hand if required.

The Renaissance team constantly read and select the best children's books. We can therefore provide help and advice on books for classrooms and libraries with an equal focus placed on Primary and Secondary curriculum topics, modern and traditional fiction.

Come and visit the Book Centre and see our wide and varied collection of children's books - and refreshments are always on hand!

For those unable to visit the Book Centre personally, we are pleased to offer nationwide representation. Please call to request a visit to your school from a member of the Renaissance team who will have a comprehensive display of books available.

And don't forget a mail order service is also available. Please phone the Book Centre with your requests.

Renaissance Books works hard to bring books to life and support literacy far beyond its remit as a one-stop bookseller and resource centre for teachers. We are committed to providing a comprehensive and professional service. We welcome your feedback and questions, so that we can constantly update and improve our services. If you have any questions about us, or the services we offer, please contact us by post, telephone, fax or e-mail.
